I have a serious complaint about my purchase of a Beko washer and fridge from the Sultanbeyli Evseren store in 2022. I purchased a package that included an oven, stovetop, hood, dishwasher, Beko 7150320200 BK 9121 EY washer, and a Beko 970505 EB refrigerator, and it was delivered to my home. They sat unopened and unused in my empty apartment. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that the refrigerator had damage and scratches on both the body and the door. The washer had discoloration and scratches, as well as damage to the control panel. I immediately requested replacements. Beko's response, on the other hand, has been less than satisfactory. They claimed that due to the damage, the factory would not approve the replacement fridge. In contrast, they acknowledged the broken washer part and assured me it would be replaced. I insist on a one-to-one replacement for these brand-new products, and I refuse to accept any display items because I have the original invoice. Even the technician who came to my house confirmed the scratches and damage to these appliances. I request that the washer and refrigerator be replaced immediately, and I have photographic evidence of the appliances' condition when the technician inspected them. The warranty for these products was never activated until the technician arrived, and I strongly demand that Beko correct this situation.

The products that have been installed and whose warranty has started are the refrigerator and washing machine. They packed and sent them to me from the store themselves; I do not accept display products.

You did not provide a solution, you did not help. Beko and Arçelik are terrible, I am not satisfied at all. I do not recommend them to anyone. Beko Arçelik regret.
