I purchased a Beko refrigerator from Beko KKTC Erbilek Gazimağusa, and the lack of support from the store has been frustrating. Even though I have only been married for six months, my refrigerator was taken for testing due to a noise issue. However, when it was returned, one of its legs was broken!
Instead of replacing the broken part with an original leg, they installed a non-original replacement, and now my refrigerator leans backward like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. It looks ridiculous, and it’s completely unstable.
I have even contacted Beko Turkey, but no one has solved the problem. It seems like Beko expects me to accept this defective product as is. Every guest who visits my home laughs at the sight of my tilted fridge, and when they hear it’s from Beko, they are shocked.
Beko Turkey, Beko KKTC, and Beko Gazimağusa Erbilek—why won’t you fix this? I expect a proper resolution immediately!
