Beko Light Filtering On The Television Panel, Repairs Not Possible

Light filtering on the Beko television panel. Last month we purchased their latest model, the B65 inch D986S model. The service came, installed it and left. Two days later, I noticed light bleeding from the LEDs around the panel. We immediately opened a service ticket, the service came, checked and started the process to replace the TV. The answer we received 2 days later was very interesting. We will not replace your TV, we will refund your money if you want. I found this kind of approach of the huge Beko company very strange. Why would you sell a product you can't repair? Isn't this product defective? Why aren't consumers informed that there is such a problem when selling?
