Image on My Beko 65" LED TV Started to Disappear
hi, the image on my Beko 65" LED TV has started to disappear. I reported the issue on 27.11.2023, and the service came on 29.11.2023. They mentioned there's an issue with the LED and that it needs to be taken to the workshop. During the check, they found that the warranty expired on 25.11.2023, and I would have to pay 3,200 TL for the repair. Beko, one of our country's most esteemed brands, produces TVs with only a two-year lifespan? The TV malfunctions two days after the warranty expires, and Beko refuses to take responsibility or include it in the warranty coverage. The technician who came from the service, bless his heart, sent a message, but it was not accepted. Dear Beko officials, please address my grievance. Don't leave people stranded just because two days have passed. Stand by your product. Thank you.
