Beko Failed to Deliver My Products Before My Wedding Day
I purchased home appliances from a Beko dealer in Izmir. I received the invoice and completed the full payment. However, the store has been closed for the past 10 days, and they do not answer any phone calls. My wedding is in three days, and my products are still not delivered. I contacted Beko customer service, but they provided no solution; they only keep saying “we reported it” without any action. Many people are in the same situation. Beko is not standing behind its dealers’ irresponsibility. If my products cannot be delivered, I demand a full refund. Otherwise, I will proceed with legal action and file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
