Unfulfilled Beko Appliance Order

I ordered home appliances nine months ago, 1.5-2 months before my wedding date. Despite this, all of my appliances arrived in pieces, and Beko has yet to deliver my 1200 TL hood, leaving me completely distraught. They keep making excuses and delaying things, and it's still not here. I've called customer service several times, and they always say they'll forward it to the appropriate department, but I never hear back. They are breaking the law by failing to deliver an item that I paid for and that I own. I did not hesitate to pay the full amount upfront to Beko, but their service does not reflect the same seriousness and sincerity. My hard-earned money has been squandered, and I now regret purchasing items that I have yet to use. This type of service model is unheard of elsewhere. Yes, you may be one of Turkey's largest markets, but that doesn't mean you can abandon people in distress. I desperately need a solution. My wedding is on July 1st, and I can't finish my house because of you.
