I bought a Beko dishwasher, and in just six months, the insulation material on the back started melting. This is completely unacceptable for a supposedly high-quality appliance.
When I contacted Beko service, they came to inspect the issue, but their response was ridiculous—they said, "This happens when washing at high temperatures." Seriously? A dishwasher that can't handle high heat? They also told me to reroute the drain hose so it doesn’t touch the back panel—shouldn’t this be a design issue, not my problem?
On top of that, even when I pre-rinse my dishes, the dishwasher still develops a bad odor inside. If a brand that calls itself a global leader is producing appliances like this, what can we even expect anymore?
