I own a Beko BM 4044 dishwasher, and despite using it in a dry climate and a non-humid environment, the outer surface of the machine has developed noticeable mold and rust over the past few months. I live in Keçiören, Ankara (Central Anatolia Region), where humidity levels are low. I’ve been using the machine for about four years, and I did not expect such a problem within this period.
After the issue appeared, I contacted Beko customer service, but they said they could only dispatch a technician. However, I did not receive a satisfactory explanation regarding how the service could solve the mold and rust problem on the machine’s exterior.
Although my warranty period has expired, I find it unacceptable to experience such corrosion in such a short time. I strongly believe this issue is not normal and not caused by user error. Therefore, I am requesting a product replacement from Beko.
