I use the Beko BM 4044 4prg dishwasher. Or rather, I can't use it. The product was purchased on 08.09.2022, but I started using it only after 12 months. Initially, it cleaned my dishes well, but after 1-2 months, it stopped washing and drying the dishes properly. I called customer service multiple times; they came and checked the machine. Each time, they claimed there was no problem and advised me to change the dishwasher detergent and rinse aid and try again. But nothing changed, even after trying the brands they recommended.
After more calls to the service, nothing changed, despite their attempts to replace the washing devices in the machine. Instead, the machine stopped washing altogether. Although I showed my complaints with photos of the machine's results, the service did not respond. They simply advised me to continue, and in case of the same problem, call again. After a recent call, a replacement was promised within 10-15 days, but since then, I haven't heard anything from them.
Recently, the service said there were no open records of my problem. They assigned the service again, but it has brought no solution. I have been literally struggling with this machine since my wedding, and the same goes for my 10kg capacity washing machine CM10120. Initially, it worked well, but after 1-2 months, it started tearing the laundry - T-shirts, jackets, and more. Despite photos as evidence, they did not help me. The service comes, looks at everything, and leaves again. I don't know what else to do. We paid so much money for it, but I can't even use it. No matter what I've tried, there has been no solution. It feels like they are just delaying me until the warranty expires, then saying they can't do anything more. Such a irresponsible brand.
