Beko Dealer Stalled Us by Saying A New Campaign on the Way, Instead, We Got Price Hikes!!
The owner told us to wait until the beginning of the month because there might be a discount then. We did what he said and waited patiently. After ten days, we came back. We were shocked when the price offered was 10,000 more than the first quote. When we told the owner about this, he said the old offer was no longer valid because a certain promotion had ended. He casually brought up the idea of a new campaign near the end of the year. I recently learned that a campaign against dowries had begun, so I called him again. He told us he didn't want to work with us anymore and told us to buy the thing somewhere else. This random choice has made me feel very uneasy. Even though we've had good experiences with Beko in the past and are loyal customers, this event has made us think less of the brand. I think the branch owner should be warned and punished for acting in such a random way, because it's rude and disrespectful, especially when supporting a well-known Turkish brand.
