Never-Ending Wait for Beko AC Service

With Beko's poor customer service, my patience is wearing thin. It's been 10 days since I reported water leakage from my Beko AC's external unit. I've been calling for an appointment nonstop, and guess what? They've given me an absurd 45-day wait for the appointment date. Who makes a service call 45 days in advance? It's ridiculous. I call three times a day, and all I get is the same response: 'the service will call you within the day.' But here we are, a week later, with no phone call. It's a frustrating cycle. At this point, who should I even contact? Beko, it's past time to address your inefficiencies in customer service. Waiting for an appointment for 45 days? Unacceptable. I'm looking for a solution, not empty promises.
