I requested service for my Beko air conditioner for the first time, but no technician has contacted me. After waiting, the authorized service team finally called and offered an appointment a month later, which is completely unreasonable. Despite opening a second service request, I still haven’t received any follow-up or resolution.

This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable, especially for a brand like Beko. I expect my issue to be prioritized and addressed immediately. Waiting over a month for service is not a solution, and this delay has caused significant inconvenience. Beko, please take action to resolve this issue promptly and provide the service I need without further delays.
