I purchased a Beko dishwasher, and from day one, it has been nothing but trouble. It has been sent to service multiple times, but the problems never get fixed. My glasses and plates come out in terrible condition, making the machine completely useless.
I have a serious health condition, and maintaining hygiene is critical for me. The Korkuçkınar service team told me to extend my warranty, assuring me that my dishwasher would definitely be replaced—but that was a lie. They answer calls and send technicians, but nothing actually gets done. At one point, they even told me to go to Consumer Court if I’m unhappy. This is unacceptable!
They cancel my service requests without fixing anything. I paid for this product, and I expect proper service! Other brands stand behind their products, but Beko refuses to take responsibility. I will make sure everyone knows how they treat customers. I demand an immediate resolution or a full refund!
