Persistent Issues with Beko (B6 Oak) Dishwasher
In 2017, I purchased a Beko (B6 Oak) dishwasher with the model number 7694410242 BM 4004. However, since the day of purchase, the dishwasher has been consistently leaving dishes dirty and wet. Despite numerous service visits, the problem remains unresolved. Only three service records are visible in the system, even though technicians have visited approximately ten times. During the last visit, the technician witnessed the dishwasher's inability to clean properly, leaving water spots and food stains on the dishes. The machine fails to wash effectively, especially on the upper rack. Despite having valid warranty coverage and requesting a replacement since the day of purchase, my request has been denied. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate the issue to Consumer Rights organizations. As a frustrated customer with three children, I have been enduring this ordeal for years, constantly dealing with service appointments and still left with the burden of hand-washing dishes. It is disheartening to see the lack of ownership and concern from both the service team and the company headquarters.
