We bought the BM4044 dishwasher model. We had to reach out to customer service less than a month after buying the machine on July 7th, 2023 because it wasn't washing or drying the dishes. The glasses turned completely yellow. When the service arrived, they recommended not using the current program and instead switching to the quick wash and extra drying programs. But it's not clear why you need to dry the new machine again. We tried out the programs that were suggested, but we didn't notice any change. The glasses still looked dirty and had a yellowish tint. So, we want to see if we can exchange this new device we bought. This is our privilege as consumers. But the people from the authorized service say they can't figure out what's wrong when they come over, so they can't give me a report. We, as users of the device, are aware that there is an issue with the machine. It doesn't do a good job of washing and cleaning. We're confused because we don't know what the problem is.
