Beko BK 9550 NF refrigerator spare part shortage

I just wanted to vent my frustration with the Beko BK 9550 NF refrigerator. On January 16, 2023, I went to the Beko service center to have the broken handle replaced. This might not sound like a big deal, but here's the thing: I had the exact same issue two years ago and had to replace the same handle. So, you can imagine my surprise when I was told that there were no spare parts in stock for a refrigerator that is only two years old. I couldn't believe it. How can a company not have spare parts for a product that is so new? I understand that things break and need to be fixed, but the fact that the same part has broken twice in the span of two years is unacceptable. And to top it off, the company doesn't even have the spare parts available to fix the problem. My advice to anyone looking to buy a refrigerator is to not believe the advertisements and steer clear of Beko. Their products may look nice and shiny on the outside, but they clearly do not stand the test of time. Don't make the same mistake I did and choose Beko.
