I Can’t Watch Matches on Tod TV Without Constant Interruptions

I want to express my deep frustration with the Tod TV service throughout the entire season. Aside from matches streamed on beIN Sports 1, every other match has had serious viewing issues. The broadcasts constantly cut out, freeze, or buffer to the point where it's nearly impossible to watch a full match without interruption.

I paid for this platform expecting stable, high-quality access to matches across all channels—not just one. If you cannot support multiple streams reliably, then you should not offer the service. It feels like false advertising, and I have reached my limit.

I demand a full refund for the months I’ve had to endure this unreliable service. Either fix these streaming issues across all channels immediately or return the money I paid in good faith.
