In the BeeSpeaker Learn English app, which is designed for learning and speaking English, there was supposed to be a 2-week free trial period. However, on April 17, 2025, $35 and $7 were charged from my account. In addition, another $7 was charged from a different account of mine on May 25, 2025, at around 4:00 AM after someone accessed that account.
When I reported the situation and requested a refund, my request was denied. These charges were made before the 7-day free trial period ended, and even though the 1-year subscription period is set to expire in April 2026, the fees have not been refunded.
I warn others not to download or use this app. I also request support in contacting the app owners to obtain a refund for these charges taken before the promised trial period ended. I would like to state that I have been negatively affected by this situation and was forced to cancel my cards and request new ones.
