I wanted to purchase a Premium membership through the BeeSpeaker app via the App Store. Although the app clearly stated that the monthly fee would be $2, an initial charge of $62 was made to my credit card. After noticing this unexpected charge, I immediately filed a dispute through my bank (Garanti Bank), and my bank resolved the issue; however, I received no support or response from the app.
Later, since the app could not charge my other card, it attempted to bill a different card through the App Store. This time, three separate charges were made: $2, $37, and $62. All of these transactions occurred on October 12, 2025, at 10:11 PM and 10:12 PM. If I had not checked my account activity, I would not have even been aware of these unauthorized charges.
The app has no accessible customer service or point of contact, and none of my emails have been answered. While only a $2 monthly fee was disclosed, there was no contract, approval screen, or clear notification indicating that such high charges would be made.
My dispute process through the bank is still ongoing. If the necessary refunds are not issued, I will pursue legal action. I also request that this app be investigated to prevent others from experiencing similar issues.
