BeeSpeaker Charged Me $62 After Free Trial and I Can’t Get Support

Hello. I downloaded the BeeSpeaker app on my phone because it offered a 7-day free trial for learning English. I tried it, didn’t like it, and deleted the app. However, when I checked my bank statement, I saw that a full $62 had been charged by this app, even though that was not the stated price.

How can I resolve this? I don’t have any way to contact a real person for support, and I feel completely stuck.
