BeeSpeaker Double Charged Me After Discounted Purchase on App Store

I purchased an annual membership for the BeeSpeaker Pro app at a 40% discount. However, two days later, another annual membership fee of $62 was charged to the same account without my approval, this time at the full price (payment date: August 13). My subscription and payments were made through the App Store.

I submitted a refund request to Apple, but despite my explanation, my request was denied. When I contacted BeeSpeaker customer service, they stated that the issue was related to the App Store and that I should request the refund there. As a result, I have been charged twice—once at the discounted price and once at the full price—and I am experiencing financial harm.

I request a refund of the $62 charged at the full price and additional compensation for the inconvenience I have experienced. My account: g****@icloud.com
