BeeSpeaker App Not Responding to Refund Request for $62 Purchase

I made a purchase of $62 through the BeeSpeaker Pro app. Yesterday, I submitted a refund request through the “My Account > Purchases” section of the app. I made the payment via the App Store using my credit card. However, I have not yet received any response to my refund request, and I cannot see any information about the status of the refund process either in the app or on the App Store.
This is the first time I have experienced such an issue. I request that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible and that the amount I paid be refunded to me.
