Be Health Universe gym has become an uncomfortable and frustrating place to work out. The ventilation system is completely inadequate, especially in the summer months. The air gets thick and stale, making it almost unbearable to exercise. Hygiene is another serious issue—the showers are filthy, and the water is so hard and full of minerals that my hair feels stiff and coarse after rinsing.
The atmosphere inside is also problematic. The gym is often filled with loud, aggressive individuals who seem ready to start a fight over nothing. It’s not uncommon to hear swearing for no reason, and if you react, you’re the one who ends up being blamed.
On top of that, YouTubers monopolize the equipment, recording videos with large groups and hogging machines for extended periods. There are times when I couldn’t even find a single available machine to use. Finding a locker that isn’t broken takes 15–20 minutes, and the staff is indifferent and unhelpful. They shift blame instead of solving problems.
I signed up for a gym—not a chaotic, unsupervised filming studio. Be Health Universe needs to seriously improve its facility maintenance, enforce conduct rules, and hire staff who actually care.
