Low Service Quality at Be Health Universe, They Ignore My Comments

be health universe gym there is expensive and they're saying they are one of best gym in istanbul but they are worse service is awful they dont have any air conditioner in there temperature is close to 35°c in there and when we ask from them to solve this problem they keep saying next week lockers is broken must of machines is broken they just have one bench press can you imagine one bench press for 2000 meters place and the keep ignoring members like when i post a comment in their imstagram they just delete my comment except answer to it
