Overcharged and Poor Conditions at Gym Factory

When I signed up for Gym Factory Fitness Center, they overcharged me despite the advertised upfront price. During the tour, I noticed a bad smell and asked about it, only to be told that the ventilation system wasn’t working that day. However, for the next 6 months, I was constantly exposed to that awful smell because the gym is overcrowded with members, leading to poor air quality. On top of that, I had to wait around 10 minutes to use the exercise equipment and bikes because they were always occupied. This situation is unacceptable, and I’m extremely dissatisfied with the overall experience.
