BDG Game Missing Deposit After Successful UPI Payment

On January 22, 2026, I deposited $24 into my BDG game account using Fampay UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my side, with UPI reference/UTR number 638890196825, but it has still not been credited to my BDG game wallet. From the moment I completed the transaction, the money has never appeared in my BDG game balance, and I have been unable to use it in the game. I have tried multiple times to contact BDG game support regarding this missing deposit, but I have not received any response. I request that this transaction be urgently reviewed and that my missing $24 either be credited to my BDG game account or refunded to my original payment source as soon as possible, along with a clear explanation of why the deposit was not received.
