BDG Game Wallet Balance Not Updated After ₹5,000 Recharge

On February 6, 2026, at approximately 12:30 AM, I recharged my BDG game wallet using the PhonePe UPI app for an amount of ₹5,000. The payment was completed successfully, and the amount was debited from my PhonePe account, but the balance has still not been credited to my BDG game wallet.

My BDG game ID is 669434, and the PhonePe UTR number for this transaction is 064870316448. The payment was made from the UPI ID fokir-noor@pthdfc. After noticing that my wallet balance was not updated, I contacted customer support, but despite this, the ₹5,000 has still not been credited to my BDG wallet and the issue remains unresolved.

I request that the ₹5,000 corresponding to this successful transaction be credited to my BDG game wallet linked to ID 669434 as soon as possible, or that the necessary steps be taken to resolve this issue without any further delay.
