Deposit Not Credited After PhonePe Payment
On 06/08/2026 at around 8:26, I made a deposit of approximately 1000 rupees to the platform called BDG Me using PhonePe. The PhonePe transaction was successful, and I have a digital receipt showing a completed payment of 999.87 rupees to the relevant recipient, but this amount has still not been credited to my BDG Me account. Despite the payment being successful on the PhonePe side, my balance on BDG Me has not increased, and I have not received any refund. This situation has caused both financial loss and loss of trust in the platform. I request that my missing deposit be immediately reflected in my BDG Me account or that my money be refunded to my original payment method without any further delay.
