Yesterday, I deposited 10,000 INR from my State Bank of India account into my BDG Game in-game wallet using PhonePe. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, and the transaction shows as successful on both the bank and PhonePe sides. However, the funds have not been credited to my BDG Game wallet.
Since the payment was completed and the money has already been debited, the issue appears to be on the BDG Game side. I have not received any email communication regarding this transaction, and I have been unable to resolve the issue from within the game.
I request that the missing 10,000 INR be immediately credited to my BDG Game wallet or refunded back to my State Bank of India account as soon as possible. I also ask that this transaction be thoroughly investigated and that I be clearly informed of the outcome.
