BDG Win PhonePe Payment Deducted But Not Credited

I am writing to raise a complaint about a payment issue I experienced on the Bdg Win gaming platform. On 28/04/2026, I made a payment of 1000 rupees through my PhonePe wallet to add balance to my Bdg Win account. The amount was deducted from my PhonePe wallet, but it was not credited to my Bdg Win account balance. My Bdg Win user ID is 5507*** and my registered mobile number is 7047513***. Despite the successful deduction from PhonePe, my Bdg Win account still does not reflect this 1000 rupees payment. I have already contacted customer support regarding this issue, but the problem remains unresolved. I request that the 1000 rupees be immediately credited to my Bdg Win account linked to the above user ID and mobile number, or that you urgently investigate and resolve this payment discrepancy. I expect this matter to be handled as soon as possible, as this is a direct financial loss and is affecting my ability to use the platform properly.
