On April 24 at around 10:16 PM, I deposited 1000 rupees into my BDG Game account via PhonePe. The amount was successfully deducted from my PhonePe account, but it was never credited to my BDG Game balance.

After noticing that the money had not been added, I attempted to contact BDG Game support. However, I did not receive any response and have not been able to reach them in any effective way. As of now, the issue remains unresolved and my 1000 rupees is still missing.

I request that the 1000 rupees be refunded to my PhonePe account as soon as possible, or that a clear explanation be provided regarding the status of this failed deposit.
