BDG Money Deducted Not Credited

I made a deposit of ₹5,000 to my BDG Win account on 11 April via UPI using PhonePe. The amount was successfully deducted from my PhonePe account, but it has not been credited to my BDG Win balance and the deposit keeps failing on the platform. Since this issue occurred, I have tried all possible options offered in the app and attempted to resolve it myself, but nothing has changed and the money is still missing between PhonePe and BDG Win. I have not received any clear solution or correction regarding this failed deposit. I request that my ₹5,000 either be immediately credited to my BDG Win account or refunded back to my PhonePe account without any further delay, and that the issue with this failed deposit be properly investigated and resolved.
