BDG Game Deposit Not Credited After Paytm UPI Payment
I made a deposit of 10,000 via UPI on 13 March to my BDG Game account, but the amount has still not been credited in the game. The payment was made from my Kotak Mahindra Bank account using the Paytm UPI app. The payment was completed on my side and I can see it in my UPI history with the transaction/reference ID 398822808142. The deposit was intended for my BDG Game account with ID 20713***, under the name Puneet K***. Despite the successful deduction of the amount from my account, the balance has not appeared in my BDG Game wallet, and I have not received any clear information about the status of this transaction. This situation is causing me inconvenience, as I cannot use the money I have already paid into the game. I request that the 10,000 be either immediately credited to my BDG Game account or, if that is not possible, be refunded back to my original UPI source from Kotak Mahindra Bank/Paytm after checking the transaction with ID 398822808142. I kindly ask you to review this payment as soon as possible and inform me of the result.
