BDG Win Deposit Not Credited After UPI Payment – ₹30,000 Missing

I made a UPI deposit of ₹30,000 to my BDG Win account on March 3, 2026, from my AU Small Finance Bank account. The transaction was successfully completed on the bank’s side, and I have the UTR number 398580973610 as proof. However, the funds have still not been credited to my BDG wallet.

Despite the successful transaction, my BDG Win balance has not increased, and I am unable to use the ₹30,000 that has been deducted from my bank account. I have attempted to contact BDG Win support, but they have not responded, and I have not received any clear information or resolution.

I request that the ₹30,000 be immediately credited to my BDG Win wallet based on the provided UTR number, or that a proper investigation be carried out urgently and the issue resolved without any further delay.
