BDG Win UPI Google Pay Deposit Failed and Not Refunded

I am using the BDG Win app and on 30.03.2026 I deposited ₹10,000 through the Deposit section via UPI QR Pay using Google Pay. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account and shows as paid in Google Pay, but in the BDG Win app the transaction showed as “failed”, and the money has neither been credited to my BDG account nor refunded back to my bank account for one month, up to today, 30.04.2026. My BDG Win UID is 14451*** and the order/transaction number is RC2026033019252536523091a. Despite the transaction being marked as failed in BDG Win, the amount has clearly been debited from my bank account, which is causing me serious worry because ₹10,000 is a significant amount for me. I have contacted BDG Win customer support many times about this issue, but I repeatedly receive the same reply that the payment has not been received on their side, without any proper resolution or escalation. There has been no trace of the money either in my BDG wallet or as a reversal to my bank. I request that this transaction be urgently investigated and that either ₹10,000 be immediately credited to my BDG Win account or refunded back to my bank account without any further delay. I also request a clear written confirmation of the action taken regarding this transaction.
