BDG WIN Deposit Not Credited After SBI QR Payment—Refund Requested

On March 22, 2026, at approximately 10:29 PM, I made a QR code deposit of ₹100 from my SBI bank account into my BDG WIN account. The amount has been debited from my bank, and I have the transaction/UTR number 155216590741, but the funds have still not been credited to my BDG WIN balance.

When I contacted BDG WIN support, I was told that my payment is under review and that I should wait. However, despite this response, the deposit has still not appeared in my account, and there has been no clear update or resolution.

I request that my ₹100 deposit be credited to my BDG WIN account without any further delay or, if this is not possible, that the full amount be refunded to my SBI account linked to this transaction.
