I am writing to report a failed game deposit of ₹10,000 made from my Bank of Baroda account to the BDG game, which has still not been credited to my game balance.
On March 30, 2026, at approximately 7:38 AM, I transferred ₹10,000 via UPI from my Bank of Baroda account to fund my BDG game account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has not been reflected in my BDG game wallet or balance.
I contacted both Bank of Baroda and BDG customer support and explained that the money was deducted from my bank account but not credited to the game. Despite reaching out to both sides, there has been no proper resolution or update, and the issue remains unresolved.
I request that my ₹10,000 be credited to my BDG game account immediately, as that was the purpose of the transaction. I have provided all relevant details so that this failed transaction can be traced and resolved as soon as possible.
