BDG Win Paytm UPI Deposit Not Credited - Missing INR Funds

I am a user of the BDG Win game and I am writing because some of my UPI deposits made via Paytm have not been credited to my game account despite the payments being successful on my side. I made deposits of approximately 25,000 INR four times in total. One of these transactions was 10,000 INR on 6 November, and another was 9,000 INR, which I paid yesterday. These payments were successfully completed through Paytm UPI, but the corresponding amounts have still not been credited to my BDG Win account. I have been waiting since these dates, and there has been no correction of the balance. I contacted Bdg Win support regarding this issue, but they are not responding, and I still do not see the 10,000 INR from 6 November and the 9,000 INR from yesterday in my account. Since the payments are successful on Paytm’s side, I am very concerned about the missing funds. I request a full refund of all missing deposit amounts that have not been credited to my account, or their immediate credit to my Bdg Win wallet, along with a clear explanation of why this problem occurred and why there has been no response so far.
