BDG Win PhonePe Deposit Missing From Wallet

Recently, I deposited approximately 2,000 Rs (1,999.92 Rs) from my PhonePe account to my BDG Win account. According to the PhonePe receipt dated 8 August 2026, the transfer to the recipient named Suhel K*** was completed successfully, but this amount has still not appeared in my BDG Win wallet. Although the payment was debited from my PhonePe balance and is shown as a successful transaction, my BDG Win balance has not been updated and I cannot use the amount I deposited. I am requesting that this missing deposit be checked urgently and that the 2,000 Rs be added to my BDG Win wallet or my money be refunded to my PhonePe account. I ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and for written information to be provided to me about the result.
