I am writing regarding an unresolved deposit issue between PhonePe and the BDG Win platform. I deposited a total amount of approximately 28,000 INR into my BDG Win wallet using PhonePe UPI from two different bank accounts, SBI and ICICI. One of these deposits, made from my SBI account on November 3, 2025, has still not been credited to my BDG Win wallet.
I am using both BDG Win and PhonePe from Visakhapatnam, India. PhonePe has confirmed that the UPI transactions were successful and that the funds were debited from my bank accounts. However, despite this confirmation, my BDG Win wallet balance has not been updated. My BDG Win UID is 9981765.
I contacted BDG Win customer support regarding this issue, and I was informed that the matter was being reviewed and that I should wait. It has now been nearly two months, yet there has been no refund, no credit to my BDG Win wallet, and no clear resolution or detailed explanation provided.
I am requesting that the missing total amount of 28,000 INR be immediately credited to my BDG Win wallet linked to UID 9981765, without any further delay. I also request a clear written explanation as to why this issue has remained unresolved for such a long period despite my previous complaints.
