BDG Win Deposit Not Credited

I made a deposit of 5,000 on the BDG Win app on 08/04/2026 via PhonePe, but the amount has not been credited to my BDG Win account. The transaction was completed on my side and I have a UTR number for this payment: 221139517020. Despite the successful deduction from my PhonePe balance, my BDG Win balance did not increase and the deposit is still not reflected in the app. This situation is causing me concern because my money is stuck even though the payment was processed. I request that this payment be checked urgently and that my 5,000 be refunded back to my PhonePe account linked to this transaction with UTR 221139517020 as soon as possible.
