My name is Nikhil, and on February 22, 2026, I deposited ₹5,000 into my BDG Win account via FastUPI from my IDBI Bank account. The amount was successfully deducted from my IDBI Bank account, but it has not been credited to my BDG Win wallet.
Since the payment was completed on my bank’s side but is not reflected in my BDG Win balance, I am unable to use my funds.
I request that this matter be investigated urgently. Please either refund the ₹5,000 back to my IDBI Bank account or immediately credit the amount to my BDG Win wallet balance.
Kindly resolve this transaction issue as soon as possible and notify me once the process has been completed.
On 13/03/2026 at approximately 2:00 p.m., I deposited an amount of 4,500 via UPI transfer to my BDG Win wallet. Although the money was debited from my account and I have the transaction/reference ID for this UPI payment, the amount has still not been credited to my BDG Win wallet.
I request that this 4,500 either be promptly added to my BDG Win wallet or, if that is not possible, refunded back to my original payment source without any further delay. I kindly ask you to review the UPI transaction using the reference ID I hold and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
