I made a deposit of ₹2000 to my BDG WIN account via Navi UPI linked to my bank account on March 21 at around 9:15 PM. The UPI transaction status shows as successful, but the amount has still not been credited to my BDG WIN wallet. The transaction details are as follows: amount ₹2000, date and time March 21 at 9:15 PM, with UTR number 001298392894. I also have a payment screenshot confirming that the transaction was successful on my bank’s side. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue, and I have not yet contacted BDG WIN or my bank about it. I kindly request that you urgently review this transaction and either credit the ₹2000 to my BDG WIN wallet or, if that is not possible, refund the full amount to my bank account as soon as possible. I look forward to a prompt resolution.
