BDG WIN Deposit Missing After 2,000 INR UPI Payment

I deposited 2,000 INR into my BDG WIN Colour Trading account via UPI on March 20, 2026, but the amount has still not been credited to my account balance even after several hours.

The payment was successfully completed on my end, but it does not appear in my BDG WIN account. My game ID is 14597883, and the order number for this transaction is RC2026032008145883881354c.

I contacted BDG WIN customer support regarding this issue, but I did not receive a clear solution, and my deposit is still missing. This situation is concerning because I trusted the platform and expected the deposit to be reflected promptly after a successful UPI transaction.

I request that my 2,000 INR deposit made on March 20, 2026, be immediately credited to my BDG WIN Colour Trading balance (not refunded), and that I be provided with a clear explanation for the delay so that similar issues do not occur in the future.
