BDG UPI Deposit Via Paytm Not Credited

I made a UPI deposit of ₹100 to the BDG betting game on 5 March 2026 at around 10 o’clock using the Paytm app, but the amount has still not been credited to my BDG account. The payment was successfully debited from my Paytm, and the UTR/transaction number is 331378717915. Although the transaction shows as completed on Paytm, my BDG wallet balance has not increased, and I have not received the ₹100 in the game. I have already contacted support about this issue, but the problem remains unresolved and my money is effectively stuck. I request that the ₹100 be immediately credited to my BDG betting app account corresponding to this transaction, or that you urgently investigate and complete the posting of this payment without any further delay.
