BDG WIN Failed to Credit ₹3,999.35 Deposit After Successful UPI Payment

I deposited ₹3,999.35 from my Kotak Bank account to BDG WIN on January 23, 2026, via UPI to the UPI ID JKBMERC007845**@jkb, with transaction ID 173059341616. Although the amount was successfully debited from my bank account, it has still not been credited to my BDG WIN game account even after five days.

I contacted BDG WIN customer service and provided my bank statement in PDF format as well as a screen recording, as they requested. However, for more than four days, I have only been receiving the same response stating that the “relevant department is now reviewing” my documents and asking me to wait patiently, without any concrete update or resolution.

I request that the deposited amount of ₹3,999.35 be immediately credited to my BDG WIN game ID without any further delay, or that a clear and prompt resolution be provided regarding this transaction.
