BDG PhonePe Deposit Missing From ICICI Account

On 1 May, I deposited an amount of 30,000 via PhonePe from my ICICI Bank-linked number 8925555*** to my BDG account (BDG ID: 21699***) but this deposit has still not been credited to my BDG wallet. The money has been debited from my ICICI/PhonePe, yet my BDG balance remains unchanged. I request that the 30,000 be credited to my BDG wallet without any further delay, or that you urgently check the transaction on your side and inform me of the exact status. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and my wallet to be updated accordingly.
