BDG Game Wallet Not Updated After PhonePe Transaction

I made a game deposit of 19,000 INR to BDG Game on February 4, 2026, using PhonePe, but the amount has still not been credited to my BDG Game account, even though the payment was completed successfully. The payment was made via UPI from Ujjain.
The UTR number for this transaction is 936494704388, the UPI ID used is 9399381866-2@ybl, and the transfer ID is T2602041746377040974351. The money has been debited from my PhonePe account, but my BDG Game wallet still does not reflect the 19,000 INR deposit, which is causing me serious inconvenience.
I kindly request that the 19,000 INR be immediately credited to my BDG Game account or that this issue be urgently resolved by tracing and fixing the missing deposit. I expect a prompt resolution and clear confirmation once the amount is successfully credited to my BDG Game account.
