BDG Wallet Deposit Not Credited – Indian Bank Transfer Missing

I am writing about a deposit issue between my Indian Bank account and my BDG app wallet. On March 20 at around 11:00 p.m., I deposited ₹1,999.99 from my Indian Bank account into my BDG wallet. As of today, March 31, this amount has still not been credited to my BDG wallet.

Although the payment was completed on March 20, my BDG wallet balance has not changed, and I cannot see this deposit reflected anywhere in the app. I have contacted customer support regarding this issue, but it remains unresolved, and I have not received a clear solution.

I request that the ₹1,999.99 deposited on March 20 at 11:00 p.m. be immediately credited to my BDG wallet, or that a clear explanation be provided as to why this transaction has not been processed. I expect this issue to be reviewed urgently and resolved as soon as possible.
