BDG Game Fails to Credit 4,000 Deposit Made via PhonePe

I am using BDG Game in India and recently made two deposits through mobile payment that have not been credited to my game account. On the following night at around 11:29 PM and again at approximately 12:39 AM, I deposited a total of 4,000 using PhonePe through my Jio mobile line for my BDG Game account.
The money was successfully deducted from my side, but it still has not appeared in my BDG Game balance. I have not received any response or assistance regarding this issue so far, and my funds are effectively stuck even though the payments were completed.
I request that my total deposit of 4,000 be promptly and accurately credited to my BDG Game account balance, or that I be provided with a clear and timely resolution to this issue.
